Non-Discrimination Statement

Natick Public Schools does not discriminate in employment nor in its educational programs, services and activities on the basis of race, creed, color, age, sex, gender identity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, physical and intellectual differences, pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions, immigration status, homeless status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Natick Public Schools is committed to diversifying its workforce and encourages candidates of all racial and ethnic groups to apply.

Studies have shown that women and people of color don't apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every qualification.  We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background. Please go ahead and apply, even if you don't meet every one of the qualifications.  If you are unsure whether you meet the qualifications of this position, or how this would be determined, please feel free to talk to one of our hiring administrators, or call Human Resources at 508-647-6502.
