In order to allow our staff to focus on the 2016-2017 school opening, school offices will begin to accept rental requests from Community and Private Organizations starting on Monday, September 12, 2016. No rentals will be accepted prior to this date. If received at your requested school location on September 14, a minimum of 10 school days will be required for processing; therefore, the earliest requested rental date is September 19, 2016. Dates prior to September 19 will not be approved. As a requirement of all rentals, a Certificate of Insurance, with a minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability, and naming the Town of Natick as an additional insured must be on file with the Billing Office a minimum of 10 school days prior to your first requested date.
