Website Accessibility

We are committed to providing access to all individuals seeking information on our websites.

To meet this commitment we work to comply with the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web-based content.

Accessibility on Natickps.org
Natick Public Schools uses the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget toolbar to enhance our accessibility. This toolbar is owned and managed by UserWay and is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows us to improve our compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

Enabling the Accessibility Menu
The Natick Public Schools accessibility menu can be enabled by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the bottom right corner of all webpages. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety. You will have dozens of options to adjust the presentation of the webpage that you currently have loaded through this widget. The UserWay Accessibility Widget is found on many leading commercial sites as well as on higher education and municipal websites.
