Change of Address
Families moving to another address within Natick must present documents to Natick Public Schools that prove their new residency in Natick. The Natick Public Schools has the right to verify residential information through the Registrars Office at any time. Changes to the student's file and/or school transportation will not be completed until the Change of Address Form is submitted and the required documents listed below are presented to the Registrar's Office, 13 East Central Street, 3rd Floor. Office Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please email registrar@natickps.org if you have any questions.

All applicants must submit one document from each column below:

If you are unable to provide proof of residency with any form of documentation as listed above, you will need to complete a Residency Affidavit.
