The findings in this report reflect the voices and experiences of the Natick Public Schools community, coupled with data that provides a clear picture of the district’s strengths and opportunities for growth. Through this process, it became evident that Natick Public Schools is defined by a strong commitment to student success, an engaged and supportive community, and a dedicated team of educators and leaders. At the same time, there are areas where we must strengthen our practices, enhance our systems, and ensure that all students receive the highest-quality educational experience.

This report serves as a foundation for the district’s next phase of strategic planning. With the current strategic framework concluding, these findings will inform the development of a one-year bridge plan for the 2025-26 school year, outlining immediate priorities while engaging stakeholders in a collaborative process to shape a longer-term vision. A key focus of this work will be strengthening coherence between the central office and schools—ensuring that decision-making, instructional priorities, and resource allocation are aligned with a shared vision. By advancing how we use data to guide instruction and support student outcomes, we can provide greater clarity and consistency in the systems that shape student learning experiences.

As a high-performing district, our next steps are not about fixing what is broken but about evolving our work to deepen excellence. This means ensuring that our strategies, instructional approaches, and student supports are not just effective but exceptional, equitable, and sustainable. By reinforcing our strengths and pursuing thoughtful innovation, we can elevate Natick Public Schools in ways that push the boundaries of what is possible for all students.

As we move forward, the success of our efforts will depend on our ability to foster open communication, collaborate meaningfully, and remain adaptable in an ever-changing educational landscape. Through ongoing engagement with the School Committee, staff, families, and students, we will ensure that Natick Public Schools continues to evolve in ways that meet the needs of all learners.
