This Report of Entry Findings represents a comprehensive analysis of Natick Public Schools, highlighting the district’s strengths and opportunities to build upon its successes. Over the past several months, I have engaged with students, families, staff, and community members, reviewed key data sources, and observed instructional practices to develop a holistic understanding of our schools.

Natick Public Schools is a high-performing district with a strong foundation of student success, dedicated educators, and engaged families. This report reflects the collective insights of stakeholders and objective data analysis, identifying areas where we can enhance our systems and elevate student experiences.

The findings presented here focus on six key themes that emerged from this process. These themes capture both our existing strengths and areas where we can deepen excellence and advance district practices.
